GTO and 3000GT AEM Smart Coil Complete Standalone Conversion Kit to Replace Mitsubishi Coils

Designed and manufactured by Evil Empire Performance, this coil conversion kit solves two major problems with our cars, preventing spark blowout with high power usage and the problem with Mitsubishi no longer supporting this car with replacement new standard coils and PTU in the future.

By using 6x AEM smart coils and allowing you to use them to run in a sequential layout you will find that you get superior spark s at the plugs and by letting you place them exactly where Mitsubishi Designed the original ones to be you don’t have unsightly wires draped all over your engine.

Although primarily designed to be used with AEM Infinity ECU’s, these coils will work with any aftermarket ECU that will send a sequential ignition signal to an output for the coils.

The kit comes completely prewired and the coils premounted mounted on an anodized bracket to firmly mount the coils in the correct position on the engine. All required connections are in the loom and the coil loom is long enough to get it into the ECU with length to spare and all connections are in the loom to aid simple installation.

These coils will replace the inferior Mitsubishi coil systems and perform even better than the Coil on Plug systems available using standard car and bike coils too.
